E.A. Howerton is just as comfortable on a building site as she is on a cardiology unit. From 2002- 2012, she made a quantum leap from nursing to the commercial construction industry as a minority, woman-owned business leader. She was responsible for the daily operations of her company in addition to managing budgets ranging from $1,000,000 - $10,000,000 dollars. She has construction embedded in her DNA and complements the existing expertise of Basic Properties, LLC with bookkeeping services.
Howerton meets Basic Properties, LLC in the middle of the intersection of the analytical, intellectual and talented top doctor, and a resourceful, ingenious real estate investor. Howerton, along with Sealy established a partnership and hence, formed the perfect storm when Basic Properties, LLC was created.
Meet P. Lawson Sealy
P. Lawson Sealy, one of the three founding members of Basic Properties LLC, contributes to the team with more than 25 years of expert physician leadership. Key components that Lawson exports to Basic Properties LLC include essential knowledge and skills in areas such as licensure and regulatory matters, project management, product specification, budgetary discipline, outcomes assessment and evaluation, and customer satisfaction.
